Any learner of foreign languages can take part in the DIALANG pilots. It does not matter if they have learnt the language informally by using it or by participating in language classes, recently or many years ago. The participants should be learners of foreign languages, however, not mother tongue speakers. One participant can take part in the piloting of many DIALANG languages if they wish.
