Who can participate in the Parent Involvement Schools of Excellence Certification?

As of December 31, 2008, the certification program has been discontinued and is no longer accepting applications. Any school that applied prior to that date and received certification will be recognized as a School of Excellence through its three-year term. PTA schools seeking recognition for successfully promoting parent involvement should apply for the Phoebe Apperson Hearst Family-School Partnership Awards.
