Who can participate in the Fame, Fortune, and Flags Video Contest?
The Contest is open only to individuals who, as of the entry date: – are legal residents of any 1 of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; – are at least 13 years old; – are not members of any guild, union or similar performance-related organization; and – are not currently subject to any agreement that would interfere with or impair Contestant’s ability to enter and participate in the Contest. The following people may not participate: Anyone who has been convicted of a felony or employees, agents, representatives, officers and directors of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, Jive Records, a unit of Sony Music Entertainment, and Kellogg Company and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families (defined as spouses and biological, adoptive or step-parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, grandparents, and their respective spouses and any dependent under applicable income tax law) o
