A Contestant is any adult who has the citizenship or legal resident status for at least six months of any country within the Contest Territory, who accepts the Contest Rules and Regulations, and who has no legal obstacles (e.g. claims from third parties and/or prior agreements with third parties) to signing the Contestant Agreement.
