Who can order additional copies of the DVD?
If a family or other associated member rings to order an additional copy of the DVD, we need to refer them to the funeral director to order it through them. This ensures that we receive the order via our customer (the Funeral Director), and consequently can charge the additional cost through them. It also ensures that only the person who arranged and paid for the funeral is ordering the copy (for privacy reasons, Digiflix will not sell additional copies to anyone else without the clients consent), and the extra copies will ordinarily get couriered to the Funeral Director directly. 16. How much notice do Digiflix need to secure the filming of a Funeral Service? A minimum of 48 hours is preferred. When less notice is given, Digiflix cannot guarantee availability.
