Who can opt out of the Health Insurance Plan and Dental Insurance Plan?
• Students who have a comparable coverage under an alternate plan can opt out of either one or both of the Health and Dental Insurance Plans within the prescribed opting-out periods. • You must be able to provide proof of alternate insurance coverage comparable to the Health and Dental Insurance Plans offered by the SFUO (undergraduate students) or the GSAÉD (graduate students).
