Who can obtain products from TechSoup?
Organizations can obtain products if they are registered, qualified, and eligible. • Nonprofits with valid 501(c)(3) status and public libraries listed in the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database can register with TechSoup. Individuals and nonprofits with other types of statuses are not currently eligible to request donations. • Once your organization is registered, TechSoup Customer Service Representatives will review and qualify your organization to receive donations, in most cases by verifying documents you send us by fax, mail, or email. • Finally, to request products, your organization must also meet the eligibility requirements of the donor partners that offer the products through TechSoup. Qualification as a 501(c)(3) or public library by TechSoup does not guarantee eligibility with all of our donor partners.
