Who can obtain an anti-social behaviour order?
Only the Council, or the police or registered social landlords can go to court to obtain an ASBO but when they do it does not matter whether you or the person(s) causing the problem is a tenant or homeowner. This new power can be applied to anyone over the age of 10 years and living in the borough of Luton. How will an ASBO work?
