Who can notarize the Employment Reference Form (ERF) on my API Exam Application?

0

You are required to submit documentation of employment history as part of the API ICP exam application. API requires that all paperwork documenting work experience MUST be original documents. Photocopied, scanned, or faxed documents will not be accepted by API. For Canadian applicants, a Commissioner of Oaths may sign the Employment Reference Form (ERF) in lieu of the notary, but API requires proof of the Commissioners license. Refer to your API ICP exam application for more information or contact API directly (see FAQ #19).
