Who Can Make Tree Preservation Orders?
As from 27 October 1981 planning authorities (Local Authorities) were made solely responsible for the confirmation of Tree Preservation Orders and the Secretary of State for Scotland has no function in that respect. 11.1.4 What Legislation Is Involved?
