Who can login to PARS21?
Only the following individuals are granted user names and passwords to login and access PARS21: • NJ Department of Education (NJDOE) program officers • ESFL or 21stCCLC grantee project directors/coordinators • ESFL or 21stCCLC grantee site directors/coordinators (who are designated by grantee project directors/coordinators) Q: How can I register as a PARS21 user? A: This process is automatic. Once an ESFL or 21stCCLC grant is approved, an NJDOE program officer is assigned to the grant and enters information from the grant application into PARS21. After the NJDOE program officer enters the grantee project director/coordinator’s contact information, PARS21 automatically issues the grantee project director/coordinator an email containing a PARS21 user name and password.
