Who Can Learn to be a Reiki Healer ?
Anyone can. Reiki energy is a Universal Life Force Energy nobody can own it or control it all living things are entitled to it as a birthright. Reiki cannot be learned from a book. Learning Reiki is an initiatory process. As a student, you are given “attunements” that open up your internal energy pathways so that you can receive the Reiki energy and then channel it to others. One you are attuned, your ability to do Reiki will never go away. However, like any other skill, if it isn’t used regularly you will become less proficient with it, but you will never lose it. Reiki is usually taught in three successive “levels.” Opinions differ as to how much time an individual needs to spend doing Reiki work before moving to the next level of training. Some teachers teach all levels in a single weekend “Reiki Intensive.” This can be effective IF you are ready for it.
