A. Pool membership is open to all residents of North Castle, including North White Plains, Armonk, and Banksville. As well, membership eligibility is extended to those residents of the Byram Hills School District who live outside of North Castle proper; this includes portions of Bedford, Pleasantville, and Chappaqua. A copy of Town property taxes or School taxes serves as proof of eligibility.
