Who can input or make changes to session information?
AV or VC support details can be entered and updated in the description box of Resource Scheduler by the host site Event Coordinators. If a change to the session information occurs within 6 business days of an event, please contact Faculty Liaison King Siu(king.siu@ubc.ca). If a site needs to join or leave a session, the host site Event Coordinator should be notified by the site and rooms added /deleted through the host site Intersite Room Booker. If these types of changes occur within 6 business days of an event, the Intersite Room Booker will contact Faculty Liaison King Siu (king.siu@ubc.ca).
