Anyone with an iPhone that is active on a mobile service provider’s network and has an appropriate iPhone data plan can participate in the Visa Mobile application for iPhone. You can select one of the following options for participation: • * Locator service only: Enroll in the Visa Mobile application for iPhone without providing your 16-digit Visa card number. • * Offers and Locator services: Enroll in the Visa Mobile application for iPhone and provide your 16-digit Visa card number to access the Offers service as well as the Locator service.
