You can send and receive email with any other email user on the Afilias test server, even if it is in a different language. As other providers add support for the new standard, you will also be able to send email to users on those systems. You currently cannot send email to older email systems that do not support the EAI protocol extensions. At a later time we will be adding support for “Downgrade” which will allow you to also send email to older email systems.
