When observing someone dumping trash, hazardous materials, bulky items or automobiles on State lands, please note date, time, and if possible, make and license plate number of violator’s vehicle. Please provide address or description of the location of property where trash is located so the correct land owner can be identified. If you have this information available when you call DLNR’s Land Division offices on your island, it will help to determine the correct land owner and what action can be taken.
