Who can honor a Star and what is the process?
If you would like to honor the person or people in your life who have provided inspiring support during any phase of your cancer experience, please complete this simple form for submission to The Star Campaign™. It’s quick, easy and free! Just provide us with some basic information about yourself and your Star, along with a brief synopsis telling us why you chose him or her. You can also upload a photo to be added with your story to the Star “Walk of Fame” page, where you can read about others who have been honored. Stories are searchable by last name – yours or your Star’s.
