Americans should pay attention to whom they are listening on the radio. There are many people like Rush Limbaugh who try to persuade others with false ideas. I believe Rush Limbaugh has had a great influence toward his audience, because he has said interesting things on his radio show that people have never heard. As for the first paragraph, I don’t usually use “whom” myself (I think it’s a part of English grammar that’s well on it’s way out), but it is what is technically the most proper. You could also keep the wording of the second sentence closer to the way you originally had it if you added some commas, but I think that it flows a little more smoothly if you change the words just a bit. The last sentence had a few instances of “that” that were optional, so taking the first one out made it sound a little better.
