Any individual with a physical or mental impairment that results in a substantial impediment to employment and can benefit in terms of an employment outcome from provision and rehabilitation services may be eligible for services. The individual must require vocational rehabilitation service to prepare for, enter into, engage in, or retain employment consistent with the person’s strengths, resources, priorities, concerns abilities, capabilities and informed choice.
