In compliance with the USA PATRIOT Act* and other laws, you must be a U.S. resident over 18 with a valid social security number and a verifiable physical U.S.address (no P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses) to apply for an EXACT Card. You must provide us with this information, along with other information pertinent to receiving approval for EXACT Card. Currently we do not issue EXACT Cards to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa or other U.S. territories.
