The Priority Passport is available to Kirklees residents who receive or who are directly dependent on someone who receives one or more of the following: • Job Seeker’s allowance (income based) • Guaranteed Pension Credit (not Savings Credit) • Income Support • Housing benefit • Council Tax benefit • Employment & Support allowance (income related) • Working Tax Credit with Child Tax Credit** • Working Tax Credit which includes a disability element** • Child Tax Credit Only** ** Note: your Tax Credit award must be based on annual income which entitle you to full NHS exemption. The qualifying amount for the 2007-8 tax year is £15,050.
