Who can get a FastMax Rewards Visa® Debit Card?
In compliance with the U.S. Patriot Act and other laws, you must be a U.S. resident over 18 with a valid social security number and a verifiable physical address (no P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses) to open an account and order a card. Currently we do not issue cards to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa or other U.S. territories. All card orders are subject to verification against OFAC screenings. All cards distributed must meet U.S. PATRIOT Act and other laws prior to being issued. There will never be a credit check associated with the issuance or in maintaining this card.
