Pension Plan Administrators may contact FSCO to request permission to file AIRs via FTP, if they will be filing on behalf of a large number of pension plans. If permission is granted, a FSCO pension officer will provide: a FTP user ID, password and IP address; detailed instructions for creating the XML files that are required to file AIRs electronically; and access to the Pension Services Portal (for those Pension Plan Administrators that do not already have access).
