Virtually any organization may enter into a CRADA with NIST. According to statute (15 USC 3710a), “units of State or local government; industrial organizations, (including, but not limited to corporations, partnerships, consortia, limited partnerships, and industrial development organizations); or persons” may enter into CRADAs with NIST.
