A. Each person who will enter data into the Outcomes Web System will need to register as a user. Each district and Infant Toddler Network will submit a list of users to Kansas State Department of Education or Kansas Department of Health and Environment for approval. You must be on the approved list to register as a user. To register you will go to the website at https://online.ksde.org/authentication/login.
