Who can enroll for a PayPower Prepaid Card?
You must be a US resident or US resident alien over 18 with a valid Social Security number and a verifiable address to get a card. Currently we do not offer PayPower cards to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa or other U.S. territories. All secondary cardholders must be 18 years or older. During the registration process you will be required to supply your name, address, date of birth, Social Security Number.
