Who can buy a raffle ticket?
Any person 18 years of age or older. Employees and members of the Board of Directors of Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego, employees of their agents, consultants, attorney, independent accountant firm, their spouses and children living in the same household are excluded from participating and are not eligible to win a prize. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply. The raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law. An affidavit of eligibility, provided by Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego, may be required from prize winners.
Raffle ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase. Raffle tickets may not be purchased in the name of a business, trust, corporation, or other entity, or wherever prohibited by applicable law. Raffle tickets may not be purchased in the name of members of the Board of Directors or employees of ASOLALF Inc. Prize winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility.

• Raffle ticket buyers must be 18 years of age or older. No employees of Court Appointed Special Advocates of Santa Barbara County, McGowan Gunterman or Point Broadcasting which is Rincon Broadcasting LLC, Gold Coast Broadcasting LLC, High Desert Broadcasting LLC their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. The raffle is void where prohibited by law. An affidavit of eligibility will be required from the raffle winner. The raffle winner must posses a valid passport or have the ability to obtain one through an expedited process.
