OSGi Alliance members actively direct the OSGi specification process; membership is open to all interested parties. Any OSGi member can join an OSGi Expert Group to contribute to and comment on the OSGi specifications. The OSGi specification and member agreement define the process and terms for participation and contribution to the specification creation process.
