Art. III.1 of WAIPA Statutes states that “Membership of WAIPA shall be open to all agencies whose prime function is to promote any country or territory for investment. Other organizations that share the objectives of WAIPA as set out in Article II of the WAIPA Statute, may, upon application, become Associated Members”.
