Who can be a Truehome Professional?
Real Estate Professionals: Any licensed real estate Professional in good standing. You must be licensed in a state in the United States. You can be a broker or an agent. You will have to verify that you hold an active license. We do not require that you be a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, but we prefer that you are. A Licensed Architect or Representative of an Architecture Firm: We work predominantly with residential architecture firms, but any licensed architect in good standing qualifies. You can also sign up as the representative of a firm. In that case, you would need to demonstrate your right to do that by providing the license number of the architect of record at your firm. We do verify that your firm has given you this right. You do not have to be a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) to qualify, but we prefer that you are.
