Start with the ITP faculty page. The primary advisor needs to be an ITP faculty member. If you have a faculty member in mind, contact the ITP office to verify if they can serve as a PhD advisor. Three of the other four members of your PhD committee can be ITP faculty. At least one must come from a department outside of ITP.
