Who can be a Reviewer of a requisition?
Reviewer is an individual outside the Preparers direct requisition approval hierarchy to whom a requisition has been manually forwarded for review. A Reviewer can be within the Preparers same organization or outside of the Preparers organization. A Reviewer does not have final approval authority for that requisition. Instead, he/she will be recorded in the approval history with his/her review comments only.
