According to the LINK 2000+ Master Plan, PSG membership shall comprise: 1. Chairman and secretary, appointed by the EATMP Leader 2. Senior representatives from ATS Providers, Airlines and Communications Service Providers with overall accountability for the corresponding local programmes 3. Senior representatives from non-participating member states, user organisations and International Organisations as observers.
