4. Membership of the different CASCADE groups consists of civil and military representatives from participating States, ANS Providers, Airspace Users, Industry and all other relevant organisations and stakeholders. In principle membership is open. The integration group is created to support operational implementation in real time and as a consequence the membership is reserved to stakeholders committed to the implementation of ADS-B applications.
