Who can authorize the disbursement of funds?

0

The disbursement of funds requires signature approval by the account manager or an authorized signer. If the disbursement is being made payable to other than an EFS account, the signature of the department head, division head, or director will also be required. All disbursement requests for fixed assets valued at $1,000 or more must be made through an EFS account. To request a disbursement, you must complete the Disbursement Authorization form. To see a list that shows the account manager and authorized signers for any account, you must have access to that account. Log in to MMF Online Reports, drill into the specific account, and click “About” next to the name of the account.
