Anyone from any country who is at least 18 years of age as of May 17, 2007 may register and attend. Anyone who will be at least 14 years of age as of the same date may register and attend, provided that they have a registered chaperone who is at least 21 years of age, and a guardian’s permission if that chaperone is not their legal guardian.
