Who can attend a Pole Fitness Class?
Pole fitness is for every women size or shape, experienced or not all can join a pole fitness exercise class. Participants with the following conditions should not participate: (Back problems, Heart problems, Pregnancy, previous or current muscle injury). Minimum age is 18 years old; there is no upper age limit as long as none of the above medical conditions apply. These classes are for woman only! If you are shy and really don’t want to learn in a group fitness class then why not try a one on one private class.
