Who can apply?
EligibilityYou can apply if you are or have -a. a full-time NTU undergraduate.b. completed at least one year of study or two semesters upon admission to the host university.d. Minimum financial resources for the duration of INSTEP. It may range from S$5,000 to S$12,000 per semester, depending on the current living costs of the host country, living preferences and personal budget. The estimates below are based on returned participants’ feedback covering air-tickets, accommodation and living expenses – INSTEP (Asia) – S$5,000 – S$6,000 INSTEP (Oceania) – S$8,000 to S$9,000 INSTEP (Americas) – S$10,000 to S$12,000 INSTEP (Europe) – S$10,000 to S$12,000 Financial planning is strongly advised before you embark on INSTEP.
Students in the first year of an undergraduate degree program in business, finance, management, economics, engineering, or technology focused programs are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Because the GE Foundation Scholar-Leaders program is tailored to meet the post-secondary goals of each participating region, the specific qualification criteria vary for each participating country. Some programs are five years in length, so please check with the participating university or region to verify if you are able to apply in your second year.
IELSP is open for third-year and fourth-year undergraduate students from any university in Indonesia from any field of study. Applicants must be 19 24 years of age, and must have good English with a minimum TOEFL score of 470 (either the International TOEFL or the TOEFL ITP). Applicants must be willing to participate in an intensive course for eight weeks in the United States.
Any RMIT student can apply; local or international, Post Graduate or Undergraduate, TAFE or Higher Ed. REW students are not eligible for exchange until they have transferred into a TAFE or Higher Ed program. International fee-paying students may not go to their country of citizenship. AusAid funded students are not eligible to go on exchange as the AusAid scholarships are only provided to students while they study in Australia.
