Who can apply for World Changers summer staff?
Each applicant must be a high school graduate. An applicant may be currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a college, university, seminary, or graduate school. Our first preference is that the student would be a member of a Southern Baptist Church. However, we will consider applications of students who are members of local evangelical churches. Students should be able to cooperate and minister with Southern Baptist missionaries and churches. All applicants need to be in good physical, mental, and emotional health. It is a preference that an applicant has completed one year of college and attended at least one PowerPlant or World Changers project.
