Who can apply for the Union Plus Credit Card Scholarship Program?
The Union Plus Credit Card Scholarship program is open to union members, their spouses, and dependent children. At least one year of continuous, good standing membership in a participating union is required. To qualify, applicants must be accepted by or attending an accredited university, college, community college, or recognized trade or technical school at the time of the award. Graduate students are not eligible. Union members do not need to carry the Union Plus Credit Card to qualify. Grandchildren of union members are not eligible unless the grandchild is a dependent as defined by the IRS.
