Applicants must be graduating students from a Canadian or US high school (grade 12). They must be a Canadian or US citizen or landed immigrant, living and studying in Canada or The United States. All applicants must be planning to go into a Visual Art related program in a post secondary institute. Past winners of The Mei Yu Cartoon Art Scholarship are not eligible to apply again.
