Students enrolled in a concurrent graduate degree program, the Occupational Medicine Residency program or Preventive Medicine Residency fellows stationed at Madigan Army Hospital. In addition, students with 3 years experience in the application of basic public health concepts and/or of specialty knowledge in the solution of community health problems may request a general waiver.
