(question added 7th Nov 2007) An application to review the calculation of the amount of the pension protection levies must therefore be made by the trustees of the scheme concerned (or their representative, but only if that representative has been appointed to act on their behalf for the purpose of the review and written notice of that appointment has been given by the trustees to the Board.
