In order to comply with the USA PATRIOT Act, only U.S. residents with a valid social security number and verifiable physical address located within the 50 states can enroll for the card. No bank account or employment verification is required. Currently, we do not issue First Vineyard MasterCards to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa or other U.S. territories.
