Who can and should file the Multiple Agent Change form?
Any person who is the Statutory Agent for six or more entities in our records that has legally changed their name or changed their address. Also, if a corporation is Statutory Agent for six or more entities in our records and has changed its address or changed its name through an amendment or is the surviving entity in a merger that changed its name.
