Who can access the Professional Development Portfolio?

0

Users of the Professionalism Development Portfolio have different access depending on their participation in the program. • NYU Personnel – All NYU personnel that are in PIMS can view the mission statement and submit Comment Cards. • Students – Students can only access their individual Portfolio. They can use it to submit their assessment requirements, submit Comment Cards for others, as well as view their own Comment Cards. • Faculty Partners – Faculty Partners can access only their students’ portfolios. This allows them to review a student’s progress on self-assessment requirements and respond as necessary to any Comment Cards a student may receive.. • Administration – In order to monitor the use of the system and update user information, Administrators of the Professional Development Portfolio have access to all portfolios. • Deans – The Senior Associate Dean of Student Affairs can only access the portfolios if a Faculty Partner chooses to involve him in the resolution of a Comment
