Who can access the articles in the Repository?
Generally speaking, papers added to the Repository are freely accessible via the World Wide Web; therefore anyone with access to the internet can access them. It is possible, however, under certain circumstances, to have private collections within the Repository that are only accessible to a specific subset of registered users of the system. However, as the main purpose of the Repository is to provide an Open Access archive, this will not normally be the case.
