Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (aka “Mormons”) believe in the same version of the Bible that most of the rest of the world believes…the King James Version including the Old Testament and the New Testament. They also believe in another book (called the Book of Mormon) that details the lives of ancient America peoples and also correlates and strengthens the teachings of the Bible. All of the beliefs of the LDS church can be substantiated using only the Bible. There are no “new” teachings that are found only in the Book of Mormon.
