Who betrayed Ann Frank and her family to the Nazis in 1945 in Holland?
It’s been a while since I read her book, but I just can’t remember anyone in particular who identified to the Nazis where the Frank family was staying. I’m not saying no one did, I just can’t remember. Since I still have that book, maybe I ought to go back and re-read it, again. As a side note here, I was blessed with the opportunity of meeting a fellow holocaust survivor of the same age as Mr. Otto Frank, who actually knew Mr. Frank and saw him on and off, in passing, in Holland. He didn’t have much to say about it all, other than to say that he had seen him on a regular basis, in passing through the streets. This other survivor has also written his book, but it had never been published by the time he gave me his original transcript to read about 20-25 years ago. I can tell you that if you ever wanted a TRULY DEPRESSING story of having been in Auschwitz, and surviving, this man’s story is IT.
